Steel parts require certain mechanical specifications to provide good performance and a long life, for example, springs and suspensions parts must be flexible, the winch chain must have tensile strength, and the cutting tools must have high hardness.

Heat treatment

is which provides steel parts the required mechanical specifications by heating the steel to temperatures according to the chemical composition of the steel, then cooling it at speeds that vary according to the chemical composition of the steel, then it is heated to lower temperatures according to the required hardness, and perhaps it will be heated and cooled again,

so we have been practicing this activity since 1970.

Heat Cycle pioneers since 1970 in heat treatments on a scientific basis such as low carbon steel coating, hardening, tampering, annealing, stress reliving and normalizing for steel as well as heat treatment of the products with the following dimensions: diameter or width up to 50 cm and length up to 70 cm, as well as diameter of 25 cm and length of 120 cm, the larger dimensions depends on the decisions that we will take.

  1. Tampering
  2. Stress Relieving
  3. Improving steel properties
  4. Carbonation
  5. Hardness testing

The heat treatment is carried out on (a gear or a spare part in a machine or a mold or others)

The process is considered very important in the efficiency of this part, and therefore it must be carried out in the correct scientific and engineering way to benefit from it:

  • Mechanical properties that fit the part in terms of use.

  • Very high stability in dimensions, sizes and design of the part.

  • Longer life span, and tools or molds produce more in the production line.

  • As well as the high quality of the product it offers from its side to the market.

  • We can treat diameters up to 75 cm, height 25 cm, lengths up to 120 cm and diameter 25 cm, tempering and hardening parts up to 75 cm diameter and 35 cm height and lengths up to 120 cm and diameter 25 cm
