Full annealing consists of heating steel to above the upper critical temperature and maintaining the temperature for a specified period of time, then allowing the material to slowly cool down inside the furnace.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Normalising is a heat treatment of steel to change the grain size to improve the physical properties of the steel in which the steel is heated to a temperature that turning its internal structure to austenite and it will be left for a certain time and cooling it down.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Stress relieving is applied to steel to remove internal residual stresses generated by prior manufacturing processes such as machining, cold rolling and welding.
